Terms and Conditions of booking
Please read Our Terms and Conditions before booking one of our classes
Please ensure you adhere to handwashing/hygiene procedures as explained by the class leader.
Please don't bring your child to a class if they have had a fever, vomited or had diarrhoea in the previous 48 hours.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance to the class if we think that the child is too ill to participate.
Fun Little Foodies must be informed of any allergies and dietary requirements of the child, the accompanying adult or anyone in the family with a severe air based allergy, at the time of booking.
The accompanying adult is responsible for ensuring the food used is suitable for the child.
Any classes missed due to holidays or ill health are non refundable - but you are able to 'send a friend' if a child cannot make a class. The class leader must be told in advance if a friend is coming in their place and must be informed of any allergies or dietary requirements.
Whilst in class parents/carers are responsible for any child in their care.
To adhere to health and safety standards parents/carers must ensure that long hair is tied back and children are wearing suitable clothing for a cooking activity.
Payments are non-refundable unless under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the class leader.
In the event of a class leader having to cancel a class, a refund or credit for future classes will be issued.
Please note that booking a trial class does not hold a space for your child for the rest of the term.
Sometimes we take photos and video in class for social media posts, marketing materials and advertising. Please ensure you have ticked the photo consent box at the time of booking if you are happy for us to use photos of your child.
We are happy for you to take photographs of your own child during classes, but you must not take photos of other children in the class.
For Drop Off Sessions
- Your booking constitutes permission for staff to administer emergency first aid to your child should it be deemed necessary. Full records of any accidents or first aid administered will be kept.
- Please ensure emergency contact information is up to date as well as medical and allergy information.
- Please arrive promptly to collect your child. We will contact the emergency contacts of any children not collected after 15 minutes from the end of the session.
The class leader reserves the right not to allow a child or parent to return to class if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable, in this instance we will refund for the rest of the term.
